The staff was personable and eager to help without the "hard sell" attitude. It was an easy transaction from the exploration of possibilities, to financing, to delivery. Staff answered my endless questions and had endless patience. There was a minor problem with the car on route home and Enterprise offered a refund for the repair. If they follow-through I will give them 5 stars. If you are considering buying a used car from this site, go check it out ! Superior experience.
