HORRIBLE. They take money from you even when you don't have any water delivered and then come up with excuses for why they charged you. DO NOT GET THIS DELIVERY SERVICE.
Constantly changing my delivery dates. I'm handicapped and have many drs appts and can't always be here when they change my deliveries. Am sitting here now waiting for Deer Park to come and pick up water cooler and 5 empty water bottles because I've cancelled my account!
